If SEMC is unable to provide Substitute Benefits of equal or comparable value, or if the Parties are unable to agree upon Substitute Benefits, the parties will work in good faith to renegotiate the membership to mutual satisfaction.

What is Membership Bundle

SEMC is excited to announce Membership Bundling! SEMC’s Corporate Membership Bundling offers resources and benefits for your staff.

This Bundling feature allows Industry Partners to add individual staff members (unlimited for Corporate Friend and Parnter organizations!) as bundle members with unique log-in and full access as individuals to all SEMC resources, discounts and activities.
