Volunteer Manager 
Salary Range: $4,562.00–$5,300.00 per month (plus full state benefits)
Location: Nashville, Tennessee (Davidson County)

The Tennessee State Museum is seeking a Volunteer Manager to develop and oversee the Museum’s volunteer program. Key Responsibilities:

•  Collaborate with staff to establish a formal volunteer program and develop a comprehensive volunteer handbook.
•  Identify, implement, and manage volunteer management software that meets Museum needs.
•  Coordinate and conduct volunteer orientations, training sessions, and ongoing support.
• Lead recruitment, motivation, recognition, retention, supervision, and overall planning for volunteer engagement.
• Ensure sufficient volunteer staffing across Museum operations to support the Museum’s mission and visitor experience.
