Program synopsis:

Do you want to build a stronger team culture at your organization? Are you navigating awkward conversations or people-related challenges—whether you supervise staff, coordinate volunteers, or work collaboratively on a team? This program explores real-world scenarios, practical strategies, and best practices to help museum professionals turn everyday challenges into opportunities for growth. Drawing on experiences from four museums of varying size and governance, it highlights right-sized HR approaches that small and mid-sized museums can implement without adding staff or straining budgets. This Legacy Forward program emphasizes actionable tools and real-world examples to support healthier, more sustainable museum workplaces.

This program is FREE for SEMC members and $15 for not-yet-members.
