The Museum Exhibits Technician performs required maintenance assisting in the preservation, renovation, and painting of Patriot Point’s displays, exhibits, and tour routes.  Working with the Exhibits Manager and Curatorial Department, the Exhibits Technician completes maintenance, preservation, and renovation work on aircraft, tour routes, and all exhibits located on the property of Patriots Point, which includes the USS Yorktown, USS Laffey, and the Vietnam Experience. This role will include fabricating exhibit display cases, Plexiglas work, and carpentry.  

We are looking for someone with a passion for history and a creative mind for displaying Naval history artifacts.  Candidate will have experience in fabricating museum cases, mounts, and other display items.  Experience with exhibit case lighting and design a plus.

 Salary hiring range: $37,860.00 - $70,054.00
