    The National WWII Museum in New Orleans is currently seeking a Coordinator for the President’s Office.  This full-time position provides administrative support for the President’s Office and the Board of Trustees.  The Coordinator for the President’s Office performs research, data entry, filing, record keeping, writing, and project coordination to ensure departmental objectives are met.  The President’s Office Coordinator will demonstrate initiative, strong attention to detail, confidentially, and a positive attitude in completing his/her work.


    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    •  Knowledge of office procedures and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
    •  Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to perform in a collaborative work environment.
    •  High level of professionalism and customer service.
    • Ability to work on multiple assignments under pressure and to consistently meet deadline schedules.
    • Willingness to work occasional irregular hours during special events, evening, weekends, holidays or during periods of heavy visitations or when required by project deadlines.
