SEMC2026 EXPO SPACE INCLUDES:

  • *8' x 10' booth,  skirted table, two chairs, wastebasket
  • Complimentary conference WiFi
  • Listing in the Annual Meeting Program
  • Coffee/light breakfast each day of Expo
  • Two Expo Receptions
  • All conference sessions and evening events.

*please note booths in the Winston Foyer will be 6' deep. See Expo Layout for details. 

CORPORATE FRIEND/PARTNER MEMBERS who join, are current, or renew by August 1, 2026 receive a complimentary Expo Booth plus these features:

  • Full meeting registration for TWO representatives, including program sessions and evening events
  • 1/4 page ad in the SEMC 2026 Annual Meeting Program 
  • Attendee pre‐meeting and post‐meeting mailing lists
  • Recognition in SEMC's digital publication, INSIDE SEMC.
