SEMC is not responsible for exhibitor shipping to or from The Hilton Capitol Center. 

2024 Exhibitor Shipping Information/Pricing 

 All corporate members must be active at time of booth reservation and remain active through the annual meeting. Failure to renew Corporate Friend membership by August 31, 2024  will result in cancellation of Expo Hall/Foyer booth registration.  After you register as an exhibitor, please email Zinnia Willits to choose a booth.
