EDUCATORS COMMITTEE (EDCOM)

The Educators Committee, an AAM standing professional committee, represents the concerns and needs of museum educators within the AAM by participating in policy and decision making discussions at the national level, and by selecting and planning programs for the annual and regional meetings. EdCom also promotes communication among museum educators nationwide through publications for museum educators, advocates the support of museums and their educational purposes, and provides excellence in learning.
