REGISTRATION BASICS
Online Registration
All attendees are STRONGLY encouraged to complete the meeting registration ONLINE. This ensures your registration is received in a timely fashion, is accurate, and is efficiently processed by SEMC staff.
Online registration does NOT require online payment!!!
At the end of the online registration, you can select to pay by credit card, PayPal, or MANUAL (check by mail or provided on site).
For Manual payments simply print the confirmation page and mail with payment to the address listed below in the payments section.
Fees
There are several categories of Annual Meeting Registration fees, with discounted rates if registrations are received or postmarked on or before September 27,2013.
Annual Meeting Registration fees include evening events and Resource Expo/Silent Auction receptions. However, you must pre-register for evening events and space-limited activities in order to receive admission tickets. Affinity functions and other events with fees indicated are not included in the registration fee.

Payments
All registrations are reserved with payment. SEMC accepts personal and institutional checks, MasterCard,Visa, and American Express. Make checks payable to SEMC.

ONSITE REGISTRATION OPENS DURING THE CONFERENCE
To ensure the "early bird" rates, the form must be postmarked, faxed or emailed on or before the cutoff dates. For registrations submitted after September 18th and paid by check; fax or email the registration form to SEMC (fax: [404] 814-2031, email: memberservices@semcdirect.net) and bring the check with you to the meeting site. Be certain to reserve food functions you will attend on the Ticket form.
Tickets to affinity lunches and tours will not be available for purchase onsite. If you send in your registration form after September 27th, please call the SEMC central office at [404] 378-3153 to confirm that it was received. Conference registration automatically includes you in the attendee directory.
Cancellation Policy
Annual Meeting refunds will be issued only when a written cancellation is received in the SEMC Central Office by September 17th. Only registration fees are refundable. A 25% cancellation fee will be deducted. All refunds will be issued only by checks regardless of payment method. Checks will be sent at least 30 days after the annual meeting.
After September 18th, no refunds will be given. SEMC is not responsible for cancellations that were not received.
