DEVELOPMENT AND MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE (DAM)

The Development and Membership Committee, an AAM standing professional committee, purposes are to strengthen the standards and the practice of development and memberships programs within southeastern museums and to increase awareness among museum trustees and professional staff of the importance of development/membership to the museum’s fulfillment of its public responsibilities, achievement of its long-range goals, and the assurance of its financial well being. DAM’s purpose is networking, where professional colleagues facilitate the exchange of ideas, information and experience.
